We celebrated our 12th year across all our offices—from Iloilo to Roxas, Bacolod, Cebu, and Baguio. The day was packed with games, engaging activities, and delicious food. In recognition of their dedication and efforts, we surprised our staff with giveaways and service awards.
Staff from all departments gathered in our offices. The office was filled with shared food, laughter, and warm conversations. It was a rare chance for staff from different departments to catch up in person, strengthening the bonds that make our teams strong. Even as our virtual medical assistants transitioned back to work post-celebration, the energy of the gathering stayed with them. This day reminded us all of the strong community we've built at Xillium over the past twelve years.
A decade ago, our trainers conducted classroom training for our staff in a single office. Three years back, we implemented a modern and innovative Learning Resource Center (LRC). Our goal? To enhance our staff's skills and elevate our service standards.
As our work grew in complexity and the number of specialties and types of jobs increased, we decided to leverage our in-house expertise. This 18-month project involved knowledge extraction, encoding and supplementing it with personality and professional skills.
We also identified the need for customized skills. Clients with large staff numbers benefitted from our tailored evaluation methods that catered to their unique practice needs. By utilizing our LRC, we were able to cut down the labor-intensive, month-long training process to just one week, resulting in improved staff productivity.
Moving forward, we remain committed to cultivating an environment that values growth, innovation, and proactive client collaboration.
