This year’s AAFP FMX in Phoenix, AZ was one of our best conferences to date! For three days, the whole venue was a hub of activity—and our booth was right in the thick of it.
It was great to see the familiar faces of visitors and neighboring booths, most especially our clients who stopped by to catch up with us.
We’re happy to see Dr. Maria Berdayes at our booth. Vanessa, our CEO, had a great time talking with her.
As always, we brought along local coffee and chocolates—favorites for many of our booth visitors. What better way to spark a conversation than by offering chocolates for a quick snack or inviting coffee lovers to grab a pack and enjoy the aroma of fresh beans?
The three-day event was packed with engaging discussions with family doctors and specialists in internal medicine, pulmonary care, pediatric surgery, general surgery, street medicine, and emergency medicine. We spoke with doctors in solo practices and those in large organizations and ACOs. Many of our conversations dealt with how our Virtual Medical Assistants support Value-Based Care. To that, we discussed how staff manage referrals and ensure medication compliance.
Many attendees were curious about how our Virtual Medical Assistants streamline tasks like prior authorizations. Some noted the value of our services for solo practitioners who are managing heavy daily responsibilities.
It was with new relationships forged and the future collaborations that we left Phoenix energized as the conference came to a close. FMX 2024 once again drove home the value of face-to-face interaction in building community connections and moving forward on shared interests relative to healthcare. We look forward to bringing these insights to bear within our work, continuing to support our clients with practical and effective solutions.
