Xilium joined Central Philippine University’s (CPU) annual Campus Job Fair last 15 March 2019 in Iloilo City, Philippines. The recruitment team catered to queries of dozens of job-seekers and interviewed candidates throughout the day. We are one of 30 private companies invited by the university’s Career Placement Office in coordination with local and national government agencies.

The company’s participation is a manifestation of its continued partnership with CPU in providing employment opportunities for graduates. The same friendship and respect is extended to other universities in the city. This event is one of the many job fairs held in different academes in the city throughout the summer, signaling the start of the graduation season in the Philippines.

Job fairs that specifically cater to this demographic underscore the nationwide emphasis on gainful career employment.  The next generation of workers possess the skills, enthusiasm, and youth essential to the growth of any institution. Xilium itself is comprised of and mostly led by millennial employees.
