We are social creatures. We depend on each other in physical and emotional ways. Technology is a challenge to that and there’s a big divide based on these technology differences. One of the things that we are doing in our work is finding new ways to incorporate and integrate wellness into what we do every day. 

We’re trying to bring this not only to our staff but to our clients as well. It’s a challenge, a challenge from changing the way things have been done and gaining acceptance from our clients and our customers. I’m sharing this post to try and get others to think and try to contribute to a healthy way of our new work reality.
