Security risks exist whether you’re small or big. Vendors are one of the riskiest areas for your business. You can’t eliminate them in our complex connected world but you can improve your position.
Make sure you put a security review as a criteria in all vendor selections. Look at their focus, diligence and investment in security. Do execs have experience in companies that work through and mitigate risks? Is security built into all their normal processes?
