Measuring success using patient ratings gives a view into a practices overall success. But determining all the factors is a difficult task. Everyone understands that face to face communication is easier and more natural to adults (this is beginning to change with younger generations) it’s our default. But determining how to communicate better is not as simple as measuring it.
I’m obsessed with classifying and characterizing remote communication and how to be more effective when using it. This article shows the challenges and ongoing work in remote communication. This stuff will continue to help us get better at all forms of communication.
