This position requires an active CA LPN license, other state licenses won’t be considered. This is a Remote Patient Monitoring position where you will be working remotely from home while supporting RPM programs as directed by the physician. You will collaborate with a healthcare provider, local US staff, and Xillium staff from the Philippines to provide remote patient monitoring services which include the usage of home monitoring devices that gather data to help guide patients to managing acute or chronic conditions. You need to be proficient with web-based applications to collect and check data. You will perform administrative activities that involve patient data collection and interpretation. Xillium staff and health providers will provide training and support in RPM services and the specific hardware used with the supported patients. Your collaboration with the physician or care provider includes supporting patient care and documentation. You’ll need to keep detailed records of patient service and information, which you will be reported to the physician or care provider you are in collaboration with. You’ll further be required to support Xillium HIPAA compliant activity and billing records.
