There’s an opportunity to revisit how you engage with patients. Also, how you work with staff, how staff are managing communication, who is successful and who is not. We are beginning to learn why things work and don’t work.

The old ways have been in place for decades. Sure medicine is dramatically better but the process of patient care is not so much. I remember well the doctors’ office in 1965, and I’ve seen a physician this year. I can honestly say the way I went through is essentially the same as today.
