Always assume you can be seen and heard. This is a wise way to deal with tech. In 1992 I sent an email and accidentally hit reply all. It was the last time I ever put anything controversial in an email. I’ve extended this to chat and conference calls.

I participate in video conferences daily and I’ve probably scratched or poked my face occasionally but I won’t let excessive anger or frustration come through my communication. Consider in your telemedicine prep where you see yourself on screen you may actually be connected to someone.
