Our COVID-19 Response
We remain steadfast in our commitment to provide our clients with continuous, efficient service. We take care of our staff by implementing action plans and equipping them with the necessary tools to continue their tasks in the safety of their homes.
Business Continuity Plans
In order to adapt to the rapid changes caused by COVID-19, we implemented operating policies in the best interests of our staff and clients. Our staff now work from the safety of their homes with improved security and HIPAA measures.

Work From Home
Guidelines are established to enable staff to transition into a WFH set up and provide support to maintain quality of service

HIPAA Compliant
Additional HIPAA training optimized for WFH staff and spot checks are performed for both office and WFH staff

Power Redundancy
Continuity processes are established to support WFH staff in case of power interruptions

Provisioning of Devices
Devices are configured by IT and provided to WFH-eligible staff to perform tasks securely

Remote and Mobile IT Support
IT staff are available to resolve technical concerns remotely or are dispatched to VMA’s home when necessary

Shuttle Service
Safe transportation is provided for staff who are required to work in the office
Giving Back To The Community and Those in Need
Residents of Iloilo are known for their compassion and generosity. We initiated donation drives to show our gratitude and support for medical frontliners, police, public transport drivers, and the less fortunate. We believe that any act of kindness is important, it fulfills us and sets an example that inspires others to act in kindness.
As of May 6, 2020, we donated 450 food packs to public transport drivers, checkpoint personnel, and two local hospitals. 100 relief packs were also distributed to families in need and the homeless.
